Excited to see my dissertation work published!! https://t.co/v1uRwq0cQq couldn’t have done it without all my amazing co-authors and especially @madelainebart 🌾
having a great time at #Evol2024 ! so many great talks, so little time! glad to be back on #teammonkeyflower but also a little sad not to see any grass folks 😢 - I’m repping grasses today anyway 🌾
@szintri @NikolaiAdamski I would have to have the sense that the lab was otherwise a near-perfect fit (PI style and research interests/expertise) for the orange/light red states. (2/2)
@szintri @NikolaiAdamski For me, I would essentially rule out states that are red on both of these- https://t.co/alRo0TCrEB and https://t.co/tFRAbJo4i7 (1/2)
Happy (and only a little nervous) to announce I'll be doing my PhD finishing talk a week from today! If you're not at UMass and want to attend virtually, DM me for zoom details.
Please RT. The NSF-funded RaMP at UConn, a new postbaccalaureate training program in genomic novelty, is seeking a program coordinator. https://t.co/HaB6eFcGIx

@lab_shenanigans pro-tip if you didn't know: if you're using big 4 sewing patterns (the kind you can get in packets at Joann or similar), they include waay too much ease, make a size down and/or hold the pattern pieces up to yourself to check which size you want
One-year fully-funded training opportunity, specifically designed for postbac students with limited or no research experience. Genomes to genomic novelty (e.g., new genes) to phenotype! Please RT.
with an amount as low as $10, you would be providing funds for:

- 36 loaves of bread or
- 75 servings of instant soup or
- 120 bottles of water
@jfmclaughlin92 We meet with as many of the ones that seem like a good fit as we can for short (~15 min) interviews, which definitely helps! We also prioritize any that are super into our science (plants) as opposed to interested in science more broadly.
