@bckelly8 I’ve slacked people more than once to apologize for accidentally “ending meeting for all” during goodbyes. Probably not something I should admit
If I’m not doing something to help, I’m part of the problem.
This article from 2017 is continually updated with actions that can be taken for racial justice. I’m saving it here for myself. I hope it helps you take action, too. #blacklivesmatter

I just finished my #RunWithMaud in a neighborhood that could have been the one where Ahmaud was exercising.
The only danger I faced was from my own shoelace. I tripped over it and slid hard across the sidewalk.
Three white men checked from their cars to make sure I was okay.
#BlackLivesMatter. It shouldn’t have to be a movement — it should be an inherent understanding within all of us.
But it’s not.
I have to constantly unlearn the racism that is engrained in society and in myself as a white person.
We need to change.
My greatest fear while jogging is that I’ll trip on my shoelace.
As my kids play in our yard, that they’ll get a splinter.
While watching tv at night, that I‘ll fall asleep before the movie ends.
When my car is pulled over, that I‘ll get a ticket.
White privilege.
Cheesy, maybe, but several of my siblings (family of 11 kids) are texting their #MambaMentality goals for the next 24 days. Everyone making positive changes in their lives is a beautiful thing.
