CBC in coordination with Antihate dropped this article earlier today about a new report from "Canada Centre for Community Engagement and Prevention of Violence", a department of the Ministry of Public Safety. In the article, Antihate and other far-left extremists claim that this report asserts that "Active Clubs" are a legitimate and imminent violent threat to Canadians.

There's just one problem - no one outside of the Government, the CBC, and Antihate has actually been able to read this report. In fact, even CBC and Antihate have not read the report, they were simply issued a media briefing about the report from the Ministry of Public Safety. Despite this, Antihate concludes that because of this report swift action needs to be taken by Government and Law Enforcement to prosecute Active Clubs. Antihate concludes that the correct approach would be for the Government to designate these groups as terrorist organizations, despite there being no instances of violence or threats of violence associated with them.

Why is the Ministry of Public Safety providing media briefings about important information to the safety of Canadians exclusively to the state funded broadcaster and a state funded far-left organization with ties to Antifa? Why was this media briefing not issued generally for all media outlets to review?

The answer is because the "Canada Centre for Community Engagement and Prevention of Violence" is nothing but a front for state intelligence (CSIS) and their "report" contains no credible threats or records of criminal activity being performed by "Active Clubs" in Canada. The report is nothing more than a blank cheque for the state broadcaster and government sanctioned far-left activists to create the narrative the Government needs to implement draconian policies which specifically targeting Nationalist organizations.

It is simply a state intelligence operation to target non-criminal, non-violent organizations with proscription.
