@KFCPhilippines shoutout to your Anabu Kostal Imus branch...the branch is packed with 7 riders waiting, and 8 people on queue with the self-service kiosk not working... and the store is super short staffed with only 3 service crews.1 dining/cashier/dispatch, 1 drive-thru/kitchen.

@McDo_PH so I posted this on Facebook, tagging your official page on September 5. This happened again TWICE in 1 month, 2 other stores!!! Imbes na kumain ako, tumawag ako sa hotline nyo to complain, at nagsesend nito ngayon. May gagawin pa ba kayo sa pandaraya ng stores nyo???

So more than 30 minutes, kung hindi pa ko lumapit sa dispatch area, di ko pa malalaman na nawawala yung "slip" ng order ko at walang pending. What's funnier is that mali pala inabot na resibo sa kin. Kaya reprinted na yan. If you can mandate that all stores don't bump pending...

@grabph ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR 2 RIDERS TODAY!!! They both were very aggressive and shouted towards the recipient of my deliveries. I used promo codes for both deliveries and they were DEMANDING the recipient to pay the full delivery price even if the recipient showed SS!

@TeamYouTube Please help, my account was hacked and they also changed the recovery email and two-factor device. The forgot password option is no longer showing and I have tried the account recovery option but its always sending the code to the hacker's phone or recovery email.
