Look to the censorship, lawfare etc that's taking place in Canada, Europe & esp the UK now for a vision of what a Harris Admin would have actively sought to do.

May Europeans & Canadians see *some* shred of sense in this point

Banned words in govt aren’t 1A concerns, agreed. But it’s still censoring ideas from organizations that the current president dislikes, invoking contested ideas, and impacting necessary research.
