For the record, we are well aware of the “invitation-only” community event this afternoon hosted by Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden (@SCDAONews) about the #NickOMalley case.

We highly suggest that his office review and study Rule of Professional Conduct 3.8(f)(1) before attempting to proactively poison the jury pool against a police officer who was doing his job by protecting his partner and the public.

We expect to have more to say in the upcoming weeks and months. Suffice it to say, prosecutorial misconduct will not be tolerated.

🔥 Dave Portnoy just WENT OFF on the Karens attacking Team USA hockey for talking to President Trump after their gold medal win — “They are INSANE!”
