Hello everyone!
My account was hacked and I was locked out, probably for a week. Since I am not really a social media enthusiast or a regular user of this platform, it went unnoticed. Although my account has been restored now, and I don't see anything suspicious, however, 1/2
Dear @indigo, flight 6E6097 is delayed by an hour while your ground staff happily admitted that it's a usual practice for this sector. How exactly is this "before time arrival" which you keep announcing in all your flights?

Happy to share my latest piece on sustainable textile which argues that sustainability has become more than a compliance requirement and is now an important driver of competitiveness in the global textile trade. Happy to hear your thoughts.

Submitted online application for #SIR2026. Although, it took a while to find my father's details from 2005 voter list, the actual form filling and submission took less than 5 minutes, that too without any website hiccups.
Really impressive @ECISVEEP 👏🏽

Australia’s competition regulator said on Tuesday it has taken Amazon’s Australian unit to court, alleging its Prime subscription contracts contained unfair terms that allowed the company to add advertising to its video streaming platform.

Paid extra for booking seats while booking the ticket. During seat selection, it showed all seats in front rows are booked. While checking in, they are now asking me to pay extra to book seats in row 6. These showed booked earlier. 👏🏽👏🏽

It was a pleasure being a panellist at the 9th IGPC-IIMA Gold & Gold Market Conference. I suggested ways to strengthen domestic #gold mkt, better mkt integration & developing robust #financial mkt infra. Grateful to organisers/panellists for the wonderful discussion.
Join us for this webinar where we discuss if increased #sustainability efforts can give India the edge in #textile exports. Hope to hear about EU sustainable & circular textile strategy, impact of scope 3 #emission reporting & #ESG in value chain.

India will become the 6th country after Germany, Japan, France, Sweden & China to operate and run #hydrogen powered loco engines commercially. A big leap towards India's #decarbonisation efforts. Will also reduce crude oil imports & initiate a shift from polluting diesel engines.
Ministry of Railways approves the launch of the country’s first hydrogen-powered 10-coach DEMU train.
The move marks a significant step towards promoting green and sustainable transportation in the railway sector.
The train will run at a maximum speed of 75 kmph between Jind and Sonipat using hydrogen fuel cells to generate power.

@thrillophilia@absdaga@consaff Thanks for the scripted response. Your escalation means peanuts when your action at ground level is zero. My wife lodged 2 complaints, both closed without redressal with same scripted answers. The op team on ground chose to ignore calls/texts. Shows your concern for #womensafety
My wife got a package for overseas travel with @thrillophilia (PNR: BKDUFZFBFDO) & is now stuck with no response from the trip operator. The customer care closed her complaint ticket without a response. Exactly what women-friendly initiative are you running @absdaga?
@consaff
To top it, the order summary now reads that there was no one to receive the order. What??? Why would you even charge a handling fee for the store then? My local kirana would have been better. Worst quick commerce ever. @amazonIN@consaff
Dear @amazonIN, ordered few items through AmazonNow. While receiving delivery, 1 of the items was missing. I informed the delivery person, who contacted store & informed that the entire order will go back, refund initiated (3-5 days) and I have to reorder. Can't raise a complaint
I would request airlines operating in India (and the Indian Railways) to please implement a similar policy. Most travellers are fed up of co-passengers blasting reels and videos in full volume while in a public transport.

United Airlines has updated its contract of carriage to stipulate that "passengers who fail to use headphones while listening to audio or video content" can be refused travel or removed from the aircraft. https://t.co/mywkbcM9f2
Transparent guidelines regarding transfer of pets was a much needed regulation. Most flyers with pets would have to wait till the last minute to know whether one can fly with the pet or not, with the ultimate decision coming down to the whims of the pilot. 👏🏽

The Ministry has issued the following directions through the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA):
1. Minimum 60% of seats on any flight to be allocated free of charge to ensure fair access
2. Passengers travelling on the same PNR to be seated together, preferably in adjacent seats
3. Carriage of sports equipment and musical instruments to be facilitated in a transparent and passenger-friendly manner, subject to applicable safety and operational regulations. Airlines shall also bring out clear, transparent policies for carriage of pets.
4. Strict adherence to passenger rights framework, particularly in cases of delays, cancellations and denied boarding
5. Prominent display of passenger rights across airline websites, mobile applications, booking platforms, and airport counters
6. Clear communication of passenger entitlements in regional languages to ensure wider accessibility and awareness
The Ministry of Civil Aviation remains committed to enhancing passenger experience, ensuring transparency, reducing grievances and upholding the highest standards of safety across the aviation ecosystem.

Brazil has started regulating use of #socialmedia (SM) among minors. Australia has implemented a #socialmediaban for minors. China has limited screentime & usage of SM for minors. Isn't it time that India too start thinking on these lines for its vast underage population on SM?
