Case Today : 26 year old woman who has done Msc gets into relationship with a boy little above 18 who set met in GYM.

They elope. Stay together for 3 months. They're brought back after parents intervention. She gives in writing she went with her own consent. Both go to their homes. Affair continues.

She starts forcing him to get married. His parents refuse. She tells the boy either he's getting married or going to Jail. He also refuses this time realising she makes him spend money all the time. Hell breaks loose.

She has now filed FIR against the boy who is now 19 alleging that he gave her false promise of marriage

His parents are also booked and are now running around trying to save themselves from arrest

Just one line by the woman "इसके माता पिता भी शादी के झांसे पर शारीरिक शोषण होने में इसका साथ देते थे" have landed them into the net of criminal law though their son is not even of legal age to get married
