Senator Risa Hontiveros declined the Blue Ribbon Committee because she wanted to replace Bong Go sa Committee on Health.

FYI, she championed landmark health related laws, including but not limited to the Anti Hospital Detention Law, Expanded Maternity Leave Law, and the Mental Health Law.

She’s now advocating for the Free Dialysis Act, which will mandate PhilHealth to provide free dialysis sessions to all senior citizens.

Hello po. Im spearheading a donation drive to help our kababayans affected by the heavy rains and floods brought by Typhoon Crising and the Southwest Monsoon. Any amount po will help fund efforts led by the Angat Bayanihan Volunteer Network. Currently, we are helping mobilize a team to be able to provide hot meals to victims in different parts of Metro Manila. Like our previous efforts, we will update you every step of the way and we will be very transparent as to how the proceeds will be used or distributed to various groups.
