Faulty and dangerous @russellhobbs @RussellHobbsIrl kettle which is a replacement for the exact same model returned for exactly the same reason to @harveynormanIE a few weeks ago - every so often, the kettle doesn't switch off and keeps boiling away forever. Fire hazard - recall.

@Dyson Got a phone call from someone in Dyson customer service and was as useless as I predicted. Crazy for a business that prides itself on quality of product & service!!

Had the worst customer service experience trying to return a faulty product to @Dyson for repair. Ended up cancelling the repair out of frustration. Will take 3 wks to get a refund for the repair which I had paid for in advance! This isn't what @dyson service should be like

Awesome: After a recent NFL rookie event, #Colts 20-year old QB Anthony Richardson, decided to stay behind after everyone else exited and clean up a big mess left by the players so the staff wouldn't have to.

Richardson explained that it was unfair to expect the staff to clean up the mess left by the draftees. He insisted on staying to help until the room was completely tidy, even though he was given the option to leave after NFL Executive Troy Vincent told him: "You don’t need to do this."

Richardson told Vincent: ‘We left this room in an unacceptable condition, and it’s not right for us to expect the staff to clean it all up.”

The Colts drafted a young man with high character and integrity 👏❤

@askryanair Hi, Ryanair rescheduled my family's flight, ref WKKU9K, by 1.5 days, so we cannot travel. Were offered the refund option, which I took, with email stating "You will receive your refund within 24 hours of completing the refund process. 2 wks later, still no refund.
