ICE finally arrested this Guatemalan illegal immigrant, accused of committing nine sex crimes against kids

How long did it take?

Well, he was in Massachusetts, which refused to cooperate with ICE

So it took TWO YEARS

Each time he was arrested, ICE requested a detainer, but MA went ahead and turned him back out on the streets where he was free to prey on American children

In fact, the charges against him were dropped by the state each time!!!

Finally, on March 28, ICE deportation officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston were able to arrest him

Sanctuary cities and states make America less safe and empower criminals like this pervert
