@FlixBus it’s been over a week & you still haven’t replied to my safety complaint I submitted last week after a drunk passenger physically and verbally accosted myself & my daughter (and others) for hours on an overnight bus from Paris to Maastricht. Terrible customer service.

@monisavi @Joe_Gatto 18+ is usually a recommendation. It’s usually 18+ unless accompanied by a parent. We took our 15 year old son to see Sal Vulcano last weekend with the same age recs. There was some inappropriate language, but he’s got older siblings and it didn’t phase him.🤷🏼‍♀️

@Wayfair I’d like you to actually inform customers when you can’t fulfill orders as promised. Obviously this time of year, many are shopping for gifts. If a shipment is delayed by more than a month, there should be direct contact to resolve the issue.

@wayfair super unimpressed that we placed and were charged for an order with you 11/28, and given an expected delivery date of 12/4. Logged in today and it was changed to delivery date of 1/7. I received no notification of the change. Very deceptive.

@Wayfair It was canceled, after I emailed. But I should have been notified immediately when you could not honor the delivery date I was given. It was a classic bait and switch. Won’t order from you again.

@jclmorgan We typically host, but would likely only have 4-5 people in addition to our family of 5. So it would be 10 or less people, but our space is fairly small. I’m still undecided on what I want to do.
