1993 stürmt die Polizei in Leipzig eine Wohnung und findet minderjährige Mädchen (teilweise nur 13 Jahre!), die dort jahrelang missbraucht wurden. Im selben Jahr wurde in Leipzig der damalige Leiter der Rechtsabteilung der Leipziger Wohnungsbaugesellschaft (LWB), Martin Klockzin, angeschossen. Kriminalhauptkommissar Georg Wehling (der im ganzen Osten als kompetentester Ermittler in Sachen organisierte Kriminalität galt), bei der Leipziger Polizei Leiter des Kommissariats K26 gegen Organisierte Kriminalität, bemerkte jedoch, dass gegen die Hintermänner des Attentats nicht richtig ermittelt worden war.

Bei einer erneuten Befragung der Täter im Jahr 2000 sagten diese plötzlich aus, dass Klockzin früher Stammgast in der Missbrauchswohnung gewesen sein soll. Daraufhin kramt Wehling die Akten zum großen Missbrauchs-Fall von 1993 noch einmal heraus und beginnt, diese zu prüfen. Das Ergebnis: Während der kompletten Ermittlungen im Jahr 1993 wurde nicht einmal nach den Freiern bzw. Missbrauchstätern gefragt...

Plötzlich treten haarsträubende Dinge zutage: Missbrauchte Kinder bezeugen, dass der Richter im Prozess von 1993/1994 in Wahrheit ein Täter war. Richtig gelesen: Richter Jürgen Niemeyer missbrauchte laut der zwangsprostituierten Mädchen in der eingangs erwähnten Wohnung Kinder. Dabei war er nicht alleine. Die Mädchen identifizieren weiter Norbert Röger, Staatsanwalt in Leipzig und von 2011 bis 2016 Präsident des Landgerichts Chemnitz, als einen weiteren Täter.

Plötzlich tun sich riesige mafiöse Netzwerke auf, mit etlichen Namen. Korruption, Erpressung – bis in die hohe Politik. Deutsche Geheimdienste schalten sich ein. Landeskriminalamt. Verfassungsschutz. Doch offenbar: ermitteln diese plötzlich nicht gegen die Täter, sondern die Ermittler....

Die ermittelnden Kripo-Beamten (die zum Großteil ihr Handwerk noch in der DDR studiert und gelernt hatten) schweigen plötzlich. Das tun sie bis heute. Alle werden versetzt. Das ermittelnde Kommissariat K26 wird aufgelöst.

Der Chefermittler, Kriminalhauptkommissar Georg Wehling, galt über Jahre als kompetentester Jäger des organisierten Verbrechens im Osten Deutschlands. Nun wird er mit absurden Verfahren überhäuft (7-mal freigesprochen, einmal Verfahren eingestellt), suspendiert und zum Schweigen gebracht, vom Dienst beurlaubt. Der Drogenkurier Frank Fritzsche sagte später unter Eid aus, LKA-Beamte und Geheimdienstler hätten versucht, ihn und andere Kriminelle im Austausch gegen Vergünstigungen zu konstruierten Aussagen gegen Wehling bewegen zu wollen. "Das Angebot bestand darin, dass ich die Leipziger Beamten belasten sollte", sagte Fritzsche.

In Sachsen waren (und sind) maßgebliche Vertreter aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Justiz, Polizei und Verwaltung in kriminelle und korrupte Machenschaften sowie in organisierten Kindesmissbrauch verwickelt. Die Ermittler wurden ausnahmslos aus dem Verkehr gezogen oder zerstört. Zeugen oder Schlüsselfiguren verschwanden oder wurden für tot erklärt.

Der "Sachsensumpf" ist bis heute nicht aufgeklärt.

I grew up watching this man come to power. I was a little girl in the country of Georgia when Vladimir Putin became president of Russia. I remember his first days in office quiet, controlled and strangely shy. The country was broken after the Soviet collapse: looted, humiliated, and carved up by oligarchs while the West applauded and called it “democracy.” What happened next didn’t match the story we were told.

Putin moved to stabilize Russia, introduced market reforms, paid off IMF debt, opened the country to investment, and tried openly to integrate Russia into the Western world. he asked for NATO membership, proposed world peace. After 9/11, he cooperated with the U.S. He spoke about Russia as part of Europe.This was not a man trying to revive the Soviet Union. It was a leader trying to rebuild a shattered state.

The real war wasn’t with the CIA or MI6 even though they were incredibly destructive, The war was domestic. Western-backed oligarchs had stolen Russia’s wealth, manipulated politics, and turned brother nations against each other for profit and control. From Abkhazia to Beslan chaos seemed impossible. Like most kids, I was taught a simple lie: the West is good, Russia is bad. As if a country can be good or bad. Children don’t question history, they absorb it. I hated Putin without ever listening to him. I watch him but never wanted to hear a word he was saying.

Then I grew up. Through my career, colleague, education
I saw a different picture. Russia recovered. Living standards rose. The state reclaimed control over strategic resources. Russia was a superpower again. People in Russia loved him. Only a few ungrateful, squeaky voices mostly those who had lost lots of money, hated him. And again and again, I saw the same thing: he said what he would do, and then he did it. I started paying attention. And once you do, there’s no going back.

I can’t tell you how many times legendary journalists people I once saw as my heroes have warned me: never criticize Israel, and never say anything positive about Putin if you want a career in this business. Two rules. Break them, and you’re done. Those are weak men!

But I come from Georgia a tiny country that survived thousands of invasions and refused to disappear. Ottoman Empire, Persian Empires you name it, they fought everyone. Keep in mind Georgia is only 3 million. Persia invaded Georgia over and over, imposed rulers threatened their Christianity, and tried hard to erase Georgian independence. they were unsuccessful! It's no coincidence this tiny country dominates UFC today. What Georgians know really well is how to fight and how to defend what they believe in.

The United States played a major role in shaping who I am, a country born by breaking an empire and betting everything on freedom. I carry both countries within me. Where you come from matters. The country you belong to matters. History matters. Your ancestors matter. They shape who you are and the pride of the nation you carry. It matters that you are not a F*** Somali and you are from the United States of America!

So no, I’m not afraid of hollow intelligence agencies, media enforcers, or pathetic losers driven by money, I'm not afraid of Evil, it never lasts. I will say what needs to be said.There is no higher cause than freedom.

This is extraordinary and profoundly symbolic: Ai Weiwei has returned to China for the first time in 10 years and says he concluded that Beijing is "more humane" than Germany which he describes as "insecure and unfree".

- He described feeling that Beijing had become like "a broken jade being perfectly reassembled" and said he felt no fear returning to the country.

- He complained that daily life difficulties in Europe (where he's lived for the past 10 years) are "at least ten times" what they are in China, criticizing European bureaucracy.

- For instance he said he reactivated his dormant Chinese bank account in mere minutes (with "still had a considerable sum of money in it"). He contrasts this with his experience in Europe: "In Germany, my bank accounts were closed twice. And not just mine, but my girlfriend's as well. In Switzerland, I was refused an account at the country's largest bank, and another bank later closed my account there as well. There were other similar incidents, which I won't go into detail about here. These processes are extraordinarily complicated and often irrational."

- He says that "with regard to the political climate, daily life for ordinary people in Beijing feels more natural and humane" than in Germany which "feels cold, rational, and deeply bureaucratic. As an individual, one feels confined and precarious there."

- Stunningly he says that in Germany, over ten years, "almost no one has ever invited me to their home. Neighbors from above or below exchange at most a brief nod." He contrasts this with China where, immediately upon his return, "perfectly ordinary people from at least five different professions lined up, hoping to meet me."

- He concludes that Germany now "plays the role of an insecure and unfree country, struggling to find its position between history and future."

As a European who's lived 8 years in China, I couldn't agree more: life in China is an order of magnitude less cumbersome than in Europe and daily life feels much more humane and warm, contrary to popular belief.

But it's one thing for me to say it, and something else entirely for China's most famous dissident. The man once celebrated throughout the West as the very embodiment of opposition to his country has now concluded that it is in fact Europe that's inhumane and "unfree".

A 17-year-old Christian girl, Hannah, was reportedly kidnapped in broad daylight in Pakistan after refusing to convert to Islam and marry the 46-year-old son of a Maulana, an Islamic cleric, while onlookers did nothing.

This is not rare. This is Islamic law and Islamic practice in action.

In Pakistan, Islam rules the system - the streets, the courts, the police, the schools.

Here is what Islamic Pakistan does to non-Muslim girls:

• Girls are abducted in the name of Islam
• Forced conversions are approved by Islamic courts
• Child marriage is declared “legal” under Islamic justification
• Police refuse reports because the crime “served Islam” • Judges accept “voluntary conversion” claims made under threat
• Victims are forced to stand beside their abductors in court
• Families are terrorized into silence by Islamist mobs

This is not corruption or failure...This is Islam functioning exactly as designed in an Islamic state.

Human-rights investigators, U.S. government reports, and international NGOs have documented the same pattern for decades:

Girls are kidnapped, raped, converted, and married off, and the Islamic system protects the perpetrators.
