Nearly an entire day without internet—and no way to get through to customer service. That’s incredibly frustrating.
What makes it worse is that after checking the posted service advisories from PLDT and PLDT Home PLDT Cares , Dasmariñas, Cavite isn’t even included on the list
of affected areas. There’s no clear explanation, no update, and no support, yet full payment is still expected on time.
Customers deserve reliable service and transparent communication, especially during outages—not silence and inconvenience.

@PLDT_Cares talaga ba? Possible na hanggang bukas walang internet? Pero kapag sa bills, nagmamadali kayo? Gusto suspend agad kapag delayed ang payment. @PLDTHome@pldt
