@SoFiSupport I had no finance charges or late fees on my @AmericanExpress account for all of 2022 before your screwup, and have been charged a total of $223.93 in finance charges plus late fees as a result (I paid my full balance when I realized what had happened to stop further charges)

Nowhere on your website does it indicate that funds take 3 business days. Everywhere it indicates it takes 2 business days, and the bill pay service defaults to this.

@Airbnb retired superhost and dwindling customer here. fees are getting stupid high and are deceptive vs. the advertised price per night. you should consider offering a search filter with a cleaning fee maximum. also allow filtering by total price rather than “per night” rate.

This is disgraceful. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to vote early. Yet even with having some relative flexibility in my schedule I still cannot afford a 45+ minute wait in the middle of a workday to vote in the #GeorgiaRunoff #Savannah @BrianKempGA
