@Carsobi We need to speed it up and use depth to our advantage. Every time wemby gets a bucket at the rim, sprint back the other way and get a look before they can get set. Slow game favors them. And If wemby has to sit an extra 3-5 minutes because of the pace, that’s a win. Make him run.
@NotAnOKCFan Against SA, I think the opposite. We should speed it up and use depth to our advantage. Every time wemby gets a bucket at the rim, sprint back the other way and get a look before they can get set. And If wemby has to sit an extra 3-5 minutes because of the pace, that’s a win.

@MattHarmon_BYB@SigmundBloom IMO… In 13, Nico gets a breather and Higgins or Noel plays. In 12 (which I expect a lot of), Nico plays opposite Higgins. In 11, Nico, Higgins and Noel will move around a lot, but Noel will play mostly in the slot. Tank (if healthy) will move around and get 3-4 designed touches.
@SmolaDS I love Higgins and Noel as talents and own them happily in dynasty, but barring a Nico injury, I don’t see either breaking out this year. I think Nico will eat the WR targets and the rest of the WRs will fight for the scraps. Could be Nico’s last year with the Texans tho…
@JohnCrumplerMD I think the Texans are geared up for Caley to go heavy this year. Lots of 12 and 13 personnel. Lean on the running game. Ball control offense that limits mistakes. Lean on defense.
As opposing defenses have to respect the power game, easier shots will open up for Stroud and WRs.
@all_things_OKC I don’t think the difference between the prospects available at 9 and 12 is big enough to warrant giving up the 17th pick in a strong draft
