It may be a shock for some to hear that @SpaceX is moving forward with their plans to wind down Falcon 9, with the last planned Starlink launch from the east coast today, & other recent changes that point to their strong pivot to Starship.
Last week I was on with @esherifftv (Ellie in Space) & we talked specifically about this, why the decision is being made, the ramifications of this decision & importantly, why this should not be a surprise to hear as it’s been the plan all along.
Check out this clip of our discussion. Bottom line, it is the beginning of an end of an uncommonly successful era, but it is also the start of something so much more exciting & impactful!
Introducing Starbase, Louisiana – a high-cadence launch site that will enable Starship to open a pathway to the stars for humanity.
Thank you to @LAGovJeffLandry and the great people of Louisiana for all of their support as we work together on this audacious project → https://t.co/zGKVOGSxfW
wow, I just shared on YouTube why I don't think NASA deliberately chose only men on the crew in a malicious, intentional way and I am already losing subs.
Should I just keep it neutral or share my opinion? LOL
