Why do you ask the customer to choose the address type when you want to attempt delivery on the weekend anyway? I was on put on hold for almost 15 min and then call was canceled. Even after being on hold for 15 min, I donโt know where is my parcel???

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart I have neither received the similar design nor the box which is showing on flipkart. Please make sure to send the same product ditto which is showing in the pictures on your app/website so this doesnโt lead to such a frustrating experience.

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart such a waste of time. Now the ekart agent is not picking up the product because the image of the box is not matching. If you believe in such perfection, please ask your sellers to update the product images regularly.
