Finished at 11 now. Almost 3 hrs after disembarking. Exhausted but happy it wasn't more. There were 11 counters open by the time we reached the front of the queue. The queue behind us was not as bad as when we joined . At least 500m shorter.

It's terminal 3 and not terminal 2. Have been here for an hour and am now in sight of the main queue. Got some water courtesy the airport staff. Can use the loos if someone will hold your spot in the queue. Optimistic assessment is 3 more hours
