We are aiming to strengthen our team to build the capacity of local communities and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to prepare CFR management plans. Identifying and addressing ecological questions (forest degradation, sustainable management of NTFPs, tackling invasive species) as a part of the CFR management planning process, training, and technical support to CSOs and local communities in preparing CFR management plans and addressing the ecological questions. As work progresses, the responsibility will also involve helping communities in the implementation of plans and learning from the implementation.
