There are a couple of main reasons including :

→ Demand on yield-bearing RWAs
→ Expansions of RWA niches
→ Tokenisation of assets

The rapid growth of RWA has captured the attention of esteemed financial institutions like :

Many are predicting it could reach over 1 trillion use cases in the next decade.
