Agartha for the Sega Dreamcast (around 2001/unreleased).
It was being developed by No Cliché, the studio founded by Alone in the Dark creator Frédérick Raynal. Planned as a huge survival-horror game, with a planned release around 2001.
Then Sega killed the Dreamcast, and all that was left was prototypes and this E3 demo.

Did you know the first version of Commander Shepard was female?
In 2015, ME animator Jonathan Cooper shared a clip of Shepard’s first animation test, featuring a female model. Shepard was designed to be either gender, but this was the earliest animation!

Once the creators revealed how Rule of Rose was a big inspiration for this Danganronpa spin-off, I do hate this fact. Why? The PS2 horror title has one of the most serious and respectful narratives regarding child abuse and how trauma affects victims, something UDG doesn't have.
