@Tractive would be nice to have better low battery alerts eg 50%, 25%, waking up this morning to the battery being empty with no notifications to advise it was low. Yes I have these notifications set up as standard already.

@virginmedia no broadband, TV or phone lines since Friday and with fix seemingly no where in sight. You haven't offered anyone on the street alternative means to connect to the Internet how is this acceptable

@virginmedia The problem is you haven't provided any alternative means of communication whilst the service is down. There should be contingency plan from yourselves to still be able to provide a service. Your customers pay alot of money to not receive in this instance

@virginmedia Currently 8pm today, this however was supposedly getting fixed Friday 23:10. With a working week imminent those of us that work from home will be unable to.

@VueHelp I have called your help line 3 times and it has hung up on myself. My partner has been having issues using a promo code to book tickets. Once promo code is entered it is still trying to charge full price for a ticket and will not remove it.
