The fact that social vices such as adultery and fornication have been normalized; has conferred irresponsible, hit and run men, some leverage such that they can accept and reject at will, the harvest of their own illegitimate seeds they sow.

There's no gainsaying that adultery and fornication are abominable social vices, proscribed by scriptures and cultures.

In the same token, it's an established jurisprudential principle that an offender cannot take the benefit of his own crime.
This principle is the premise for the Islamic restriction concerning an illegitimate heir. It's settled, that an illegitimate child cannot inherit the man who impregnated their mother and neither can such man, the child. Empathically, they cannot inherit each other.

Also, did you notice I went through the rigour of saying "the man who impregnated their mother" when I could have easily said "their father" as the latter is more word economic?
Yes, that is because there is an irrebuttable presumption in Islamic law that the child does not belong to the man.

However, Ibn 'Uthaymeen says the child can be attributed to the man as per appellation for masalahah. It's not the child's fault that they couldn't change the circumstances surrounding their birth after all. This view to my mind, appears to be of highest benefit and I subscribe to it.
It therefore behoves who comes to equity to come with clean hands. Those who are involved in it ought to repent.

I am particularly concerned about Muslims being "the voice of reason" after the dividends of zina were declared.
The alleged zāni was being referred to as a "deadbeat father" even by some Muslims. Maybe he's a deadbeat, but certainly not a father. The scope of a father is well appreciated by the Islamic family law. You can't be a father without having been a husband.
There is a difference between a repentant zāni who own up his guilt and an arrogant one.
Meanwhile, no amount of social media trial or activism can make him take responsibility for children that aren't his (shariatically) nor is he willing to.

Leave the symptoms and tackle the cause: zina.
