Infinite gratitude to God who started this journey for us, and still guiding us. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, it has actually been more than we expected especially our guest researchers, God bless you all abundantly.
Special gratitude to researchers who could not find the time to discuss the publications but recommended colleagues who could, this touched our hearts so much—kindness exists.
We have grown significantly since our last season and we cannot wait to grow significantly with you across future seasons. If you love interesting and educative talk, sensible discussions especially on health, our YouTube and podcast platforms are yours. I have successfully defended my Master’s thesis! 🎓
“A Data-Driven Study of Predictive Analytics for Improving Project Delivery Outcomes.”
At its core, this research explored a fundamental question: Can project delays be predicted early enough to prevent them?
Using real-world IT project data, I applied machine learning techniques to identify early warning signals for schedule delays. This gives project teams the opportunity to take action before issues escalate.
I built and compared multiple predictive models to determine which approaches are most effective at detecting risks in the early stages. The goal was straightforward: to shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
Beyond the technical aspects, this experience strengthened my ability to translate complex analyses into insights that stakeholders can easily understand and apply.
I am now looking to apply this work in a professional setting, particularly in roles focused on data analytics, project performance, and decision support. If you work in this field or are hiring for these areas, I would love to connect.
Woah. Nature is one of two top-impact scientific journals on the planet (the other is Science). Three authors. Tikki Pang was my boss when I worked at the @WHO. Good man; kind, and focused on evidence.
