@rtweed@agilepredict This is the UK data the left hand side is last December spike was on 27 Dec prices to customers from 4p to one 40p half hour nothing like what we have had the last 6 weeks.
@energystatsuk@OctopusEnergy fully agree, what I understand with though is if you look at the wholesale electricity prices were higher last year than they are now, even according to Octopus own team. Yet prices were lower at the time.
@g__j Hi Greg any thoughts on the future of Agile after tomorrow’s prices. With nuclear back up and running and some recent winds many hoped it would be back to sensible pricing but doesn’t look good for days ahead.
@ITVXhelp@ITVX Did all that already, was about to give up on it and it started working with no issues. As said no issues on any other platforms so had to be on your side. Won’t make me hand around the app sadly is hopeless, it’s like your dev haven’t used any other streaming sites before :(
@ITVX had to be the worst of all of the streaming apps, slow and today keeps dropping on firesticks. All other apps working perfectly and over 350mbps speeds. Waste of time even at £2, and don’t get me started about the no ads but plenty of ITV ones.
@EufyOfficial that’s me done with anker products yet again the smart plugs are goosed this time won’t work with Alexa and looks like it’s a eufy clean issue for over a week. What a complete waste of time when a company doesn’t realise its own product are defective
@tvlicensing Thanks that’s not what I asked though. We don’t have the doc to use but the winter fuel payment is now only given to those on pension credits so surely that doc should be accepted my question is can this be used, maybe with the warm home tab on the application form. Guessing not
@tvlicensing any changes to the docs required for an over 75 tv licence. My mother only had a winter fuel payment letter which only people on pension credit get, can this be used?
@StarbucksUK can you share a link that can be used to contact you, the website is hopeless, says click here to fill in a page and it takes you to a search page which doesnt show the page fill in. Tried 3 different browsers and same issue.
@OctopusEnergy@g__j Ok then doesn’t seem like you want to understand or even flag this as a potential issue will make an official complaint and see what comes back as daily rates are totally different from last year when prices according to your own graph as higher. Have a good night
@OctopusEnergy what’s happening with Agile prices, been on it for years and even during the crisis it wasn’t as expensive as it it now. Any thoughts on what is driving it
@OctopusEnergy Still makes no sense as said was paying 13p in December on average, no more than 17p since. I think someone at Octopus needs to check customers aren’t being over charged as prices as you showed aren’t as high the last year but agile are. Things do go wrong sadly checking @g__j
@OctopusEnergy Just seen your graph on a bigger screen it shows my exact point to the letter. Rates on that are no higher now than last year but Agile prices are. This would suggest something is wrong.
@OctopusEnergy Thank you but at the same time can you compare the last year, this shows the past year and prices in green are lower than last year so still not sure why agile prices are so high.
@OctopusEnergy No need to look at our account just makes no sense wholesale prices aren’t as bad as before but Agile rates are sky high. Therefore the layman can’t understand current pricing.
@g__j@Dazmoto748
@OctopusEnergy Understand how it works as I said been on it for years just don’t get why now it’s more expensive than the energy crisis. It’s more expensive than when gas prices were higher than they are now. have averaged 13p to 17p for 2 years but now rates are as high as 60p makes no sense
