i think this is why the ep bothered me a lil. His character has built up over all the seasons to see him develop and we know how vulnerable he would be with someone ESPECIALLY romantically bc of his upbringing and just himself etc and it’s so rushed and....not in character idk

@F_Lynyrd The writer actually admitted that they were more delicate with how they showed the intimacy between Daryl and Leah because of his protective fans. That is why there was no kissing. Which made us not believe it was real and pointless. The fans actually affected the storyline. 🙄

this needed to happen and felt like the old Daryl tbh. Although I do think that if rick/maggie/anyone else did what carol did it would be accepted. Her son legit got butchered so she did what she had to do??

it feels like they’re forcing Daryl and carol scenes bc the fans want it. I don’t mind cause I love Daryl but I feel like his development is lowkey going backwards, I get he’s the “soft” brother like merle said but idk season 10 Daryl especially seems not him?? Too nice n idk man

10x18 of twd felt weird idk man. I literally started s1 the last week of January and binged it all so my minds pretty fresh and that ep just felt quite out of character for Daryl. I get he’s developed but idk I just feel like he wouldn’t be like that?? Felt rushed and weird

That’s saying that as a “Daryl Stan” he’s legit been my fave since his first ep. also daryl and carol is my fave friendship but I don’t really see them romantically, feel like that time has been and it’s in a weird place rn, idk I have mixed emotions about it

- I honestly find eugene, rosita, Tara, Gabriel, sometimes maggie and the king so boring
