@esse_fayv is a passionate pharmacist, and public health leader, dedicated to tackling healthcare challenges and inequities in Africa.

As the founder of Chronic Disease Mate for Africa, she works tirelessly to combat chronic diseases in low-income regions through support, collaboration, innovation and advocacy. She is an alumna of AstraZeneca's Young Health Programme (YHP) and One Young World Ambassador driven to create sustainable solutions that address the complex health challenges facing African communities, particularly on chronic/complex diseases.
