Dear @BINI_ph@StarMusicPH@direklauren,
Due to the increasingly toxic environment within Bloom Twitter, I decided to temporarily step back. However, after reading the sentiments, frustrations, and concerns expressed by many #BLOOMS, I realized that staying silent will not help anyone.
#BLOOMS have been supporting #BINI from the very beginning until now. Time and time again, fans have overlooked shortcomings and continued to support the group because their love for the girls has always come first. That level of loyalty should never be taken for granted. Instead, it should be appreciated, respected, and reciprocated.
Many concerns raised after the previous concert did not create significant public backlash because fans chose to remain understanding. Unfortunately, seeing the same mistakes repeated—especially when they directly affect fans who invest their hard-earned money just to see #BINI—is deeply disappointing. Many travel long distances, take leave from work or school, and spend months saving for these events. These are opportunities they cannot experience frequently, making every concert incredibly meaningful. Ignoring these concerns or failing to address them properly comes across as dismissive of the very people who continue to support the group.
I sincerely hope it never reaches the point where #BLOOMS become emotionally exhausted and eventually choose to walk away after giving everything they have. A fandom's passion is not limitless—it also deserves care and respect.
What we are asking for are not unreasonable demands. They are simple improvements that would greatly strengthen the relationship between #BINI, the management, and the fandom.
1. Provide an explanation.
Please communicate the reason behind cancellations or major changes. If contractual obligations or confidentiality prevent you from disclosing specific details, at least provide a general explanation, such as venue unavailability, scheduling conflicts, ticketing concerns, or unavoidable commitments. Silence only creates speculation and unnecessary frustration.
2. Improve concert perks.
Considering the premium ticket prices, fans reasonably expect higher-quality inclusions. Even something as simple as photocards should reflect the value of what fans paid for. Many fan-made freebies produced by #BLOOMS are noticeably better in quality than the official ones. Consider improving the materials, production quality, or changing suppliers if necessary.
3. Treat fans better.
Fans deserve a comfortable and organized experience—from queue management and merchandise distribution to concert entry and event logistics. Respecting your supporters should always be a priority.
4. Give #BINI the treatment they deserve.
#BINI has already proven that they can compete on the global stage. Their achievements deserve recognition through management decisions that reflect their current status. Treating them exactly the same as newly launched groups undermines the years of hard work they have invested and unintentionally diminishes the significance of their success.
5. Remove individuals who do not have #BINI's best interests at heart.
Anyone within the organization who consistently hinders the group's growth or success should be held accountable. Every member of the team should be fully committed to helping #BINI reach even greater heights.
6. Build a dedicated team exclusively for #BINI.
Create a management and production team focused solely on #BINI. Allocate a significant portion of the group's earnings toward their own development—including production quality, concerts, costumes, choreography, creative direction, trainers, promotions, and overall artist support. Investing back into the group's growth benefits everyone.
