Thanks @BCBSIL for curing me of jet lag and reminding me that it doesn't matter if I have been your individual policy customer for 24 years, an application cancelled for non payment inspite of EFT is completely irreversible but a claim can be resurrected 2 years later and denied.

@ChicagoErin I found out that both the physicians my doctor referred to are tier 2 PPO so I'll end up paying more because they are not tier 1. Why am I having to track that when I pay a monthly premium upwards of 750 for the best PPO network already.

How is it fair to small practice providers or patients to have PPO insurance further break into tiers for reimbursement! It's hard enough finding in-network providers and now we have to keep track of which tier our physicians are??? What is this ?? @GovPritzker help stop this!
