Hate to be the person that only uses Twitter to complain but my god…@virginmedia are a joke! Intermittent connectivity affecting my work for the last 4 days and it’s scheduled for repair on the 20th! Annoyingly I only renewed my contract 3 weeks ago!

@virginmedia It’s not damaged. It’s a new cabinet. I highly suspect it went up the same time my internet went down. Now facing week 3 without internet…it’s absurd! I want to cancel my contract but your retention team keep hanging up on me.

@virginmedia As soon as possible seems to be the 20th as it’s still not back. Really leaving it until as close as possible to that target date. Imagine not having internet for over a week…when you pay for 500mbps because you’re a self employed web and app developer. Fuming!
