Time for me to say goodbye, Twitter (will never be ‘X’ to me lol)!

I’ve spent a few years trying to get my author-hood off the ground through Twitter and, probably because I’m indie, I haven’t made much progress in any aspect so I’m moving to Threads and other platforms!

Being a small time, no name, author has really been challenging. I’m a full time admin for a VP and directors, I’m a full time SAHM, and manage my household. I can’t dedicate enough time to my writing work but I do try my hardest.

And what’s really annoying is that there are mainstream authors out there who essentially recreate the same book over and over again for their fans, and they eat it up!!!!!! Publishers should pick up more no name people and give them a chance. Stars extend beyond the sky.

All that said — what are some great writing communities I can interact with other writers and readers? I need to be more in front of my work vs behind it 😅.

I’ve been having a very hard time mentally trying to get back in gear with writing. I do this all the time where I struggle, say I’m making a comeback in a moment of bliss where everything seems to be fine, just to revert back and make zero progress.

The ✨if✨ of it all is where the magic is.

Here’s to trying again and again and again and again. Even if my stories don’t sit amongst the stars, I know my imagination does, and I’ll keep creating for as long as the stars will let me.

@GoDaddyHelp This apps UI isn’t very user friendly. You should separate this studio app and create a domain management app that’s more stable. Trying to create a blog post and it keeps crashing or having save errors. Or just a separate marketing app in general. Something to consider 🤷🏻‍♀️.
