I don’t think we can underestimate the incredible impact of the @TheMatildas on young kids, both girls and boys- these women are not only incredibly talented athletes, but genuine, grounded , articulate leaders. They have demonstrated, as a team what being a leader looks like.

And on Wednesday- my kids went to school wearing their pink shoes just like @samkerr1 but asked for their hair to be done so they look like @cortneev9 .

Our research suggests that the proposed changes in IR (like improving how pay equity cases are run, ⬆️ access to good flex, ⬆️ access to bargaining in feminised sectors & changing the FW Act objectives to prioritise equality) will be good for Australian women.
