@Icelandair has literally refused to send my bags back. I’ve followed every proper channel, I see my bags sitting in Munich! Icelandair just tells me Munich refuses to respond to the baggage departments emails. I am beyond frustrated! They say no way to escalate, no leadership!

in Munich. Claim filed at BWI/online, no ref number. Contact info was entered incorrectly by phone support. AirTags show bags still in Munich T1. We need help getting our bags with irreplaceable items from a once in a life trip.
