You need to get the shares created modeled out t+6 months and make an assumption that like 50-75% sell right away. If significant sizes unlock expect discount to grow during those times.

@JSeyff @SNEngee31 You’re making an assumption that they immediately file to convert. That’s a big assumption. If their focus is the cheaper ETF and then later the convert then it can and will get pummeled.

You think cathie wood stays with trust or swaps to ETF? I bet the ladder & many more like her will do same.
