My investing style is fundamentally about people, not numbers.
I firmly believe that if you invest in the right people, the numbers will take care of themselves.
When you invest over numbers alone, and when they change, as they always do, you’ll be left with nothing to hold onto.
Hard times don’t test your conviction. They reveal whether you were investing in people or on fragile projections.
You can’t outcompete Asians at value-maxxing.
We’ve already seen this movie play out. Companies rushed to build their own custom chips, only to fall behind, pay more than they would buying from Nvidia, struggle with adaptability as the pace of advancement accelerates, and generate lower revenue due to higher cost per token.
In the end, they come crawling back to Nvidia. Because at this point, the more you buy, the more you make. $NVDA
After this whole Twitter transformation saga, if anyone still can’t see that Elon can print money whenever he wants, then we can’t help them.
That’s why I believe Tesla’s focus is about human safety above all else. The Robotaxi rollout must prioritize safety above everything. He could easily generate massive revenue if he chose to.
