I told you couple months ago I am becoming increasingly bullish on Ethereum as technology. This is insane. 1 of the most important milestone in whole crypto imho. Unlike other tech developments this can also help to ETH directly a lot.
@kevinolearytv@therollupco Sorry Kevin. Bad take. Stay in your lane. You donโt understand Crypto at all. Your avalanche moon bags are ruining your impartiality. Large Tradfi needs a trusted proven network. That is Ethereum! Mark this tweet.

Vitalik Buterin just laid out one of his clearest visions yet for where Ethereum is headed: from a blockchain that runs everything, to a global system for computation, privacy, and verification.
A thread, with simple examples ๐งต
๐ฅ BLACKROCK JUST MADE A BULLISH CASE FOR $ETH
BlackRock says AI agents could drive massive growth in stablecoin + machine-to-machine payments.
And specifically names Ethereum as a settlement network where:
โข $ETH powers fees + validators
โข More stablecoin activity = more blockspace demand
โข More network usage could create value capture for ETH
AI commerce needs settlement rails.
Ethereum is already one of them.
This is Ethereum.
There are 291 projects, companies, protocols and communities in this image. It is still only a fraction of what has been built.
What makes this remarkable isn't just the scale. It's how that scale was created.
There is no parent company behind all of this. No CEO allocating capital across these projects, no central entity deciding who gets to build or what the ecosystem should become. Thousands of independent teams, communities and individuals have built their own piece of Ethereum, often with completely different goals, while sharing the same underlying infrastructure.
Finance, credit, stablecoins, payments, RWAs, privacy, identity, gaming, social applications, infrastructure, culture and public goods are increasingly becoming parts of the same composable economy.
That structure matters.
Value isn't concentrated in one company at the top. It is distributed across protocols, builders, users, communities and assets. Yet they can still reinforce each other because they share Ethereum as common infrastructure.
And underneath that economy sits ethereum:native.
ethereum:native secures Ethereum, pays for its blockspace and is used throughout the ecosystem as collateral, liquidity and money. As more applications, assets and economic activity settle on Ethereum, the economic role of ETH grows with it.
This is why we believe ETH remains heavily undervalued.
The market often looks at ETH as another crypto asset. We look at what is actually being built around it.
291 logos in one image, with many more still missing. And most of the world's people, assets and economic activity haven't even moved onchain yet.
Ethereum is no longer just an experiment in decentralized technology.
It is becoming an entire economy, built by many, owned by no one, with ETH at its core.
BOOElieve in the future of Ethereum and ethereum:native
A general Glamsterdam update ๐๐
Ethereumโs next upcoming hard fork, Glamsterdam, is already in its Plataberget Testnet phase with Sepolia targeted for October. Some of the updates might affect the functionality of your protocol/app, so please have a look - and deploy on testnet to ensure compatibility.

โข A more detailed custom explanation: https://t.co/WPCX3cmtoN
Some highlights:
1. Fixing Solidity's Stack Too Deep Error EIP-8024 - adding 3 new opcodes in the EVM to make it easier for the solidity compiler to handle more than 16 variables at a time
2. Larger Contract Size EIP-7954: increases the maximum deployed contract size from 24KiB to 64KiB and the maximum initcode size from 48KiB to 128KiB.
3. Gas repricings EIP-8007: a coordinated bundle of gas cost changes aimed at a ~200M gas floor. Any tooling or contract that hardcodes a maximum gas limit will be affected, especially around new state creation and calldata.
4. ETH Transfer emit a log EIP 7708 - Similar to ERC20 transfers, ETH transfer also follows the same spec for emitting events now.
5. ePBS EIP-7732 (Enshrined Proposer-Builder Separation): a new builder API flow and PTC (payload-timeliness) checks. Infrastructure which depends on the block production and validation pipeline should expect to be affected.
PS: If you identify bugs or issues with the specification, the best place to raise these is in the Ethereum R&D Discord server. If you'd rather not use Discord, the article mentions other avenues where you can interact with core devs.
