Great start. Settled and waited for others to help do some work. Respected and covered a move by 4:12 Palmer before moving past to break at 600. Held off Palmer at bell lap and surged to extend lead with 350 to go! Knew 4:07 Anderson was sitting and kicking. Hoped he would get boxed in like he did in the 800, but he got by Ethan and he didn’t have enough to hold off 4:17 Gray, who he beat a week before!
This upcoming year is going to be a tough year to race Ethan Sanchez!

In just 1 year of a new training program, both runners spring-boarded onto the podium with 7 x 🥈 finishes in CPC/City County/Regional races(800-3200)! Fitter, faster and injury free as they laid groundwork for future runners who want the same progression!
