Based on thousands of years of experience, this land’s original inhabitants have tremendous wisdom and knowledge to offer. It’s outrageous for western science to think otherwise.

I take issue with “boiling oceans”. That’s certainly exaggerated, but this thread, and certainly this event, need a global audience. To prioritize economic growth over the sharing of knowledge, let alone human welfare, absurd to say the least. Also love the LoTRs analogy.
