Two weeks ago I won my first Costco Returns Auction.
6 pallets (2,400lbs) of rugs, landed at 12.4% MSRP. Delivered this morning.
Starting my reseller journey and documenting the whole process - numbers and all.
Let’s see what happens.

@OkeeMike Me too! Going to try a bunch of different channels and see which works out the best. I have a feeling FB Marketplace might get the most sales but who knows!
@OkeeMike On this batch, no shipping costs just some small fees. Costco was running a promotion for no shipping costs under 300 miles. Lucky for me this auction was at a warehouse about 100 miles from me.
I’ll post updates on the revenue as they sell
@DLeney12300 They’re awesome at accepting returns no questions asked.
Luckily for these auctions they have tiers of condition quality. My lot was a used-good condition, just one step down from New/like new.
Hoping to avoid the puke stained rugs!
@JillyWontGo I’m still going through and quality checking the lot, I will post an update when I start listing them for sale. Most will be listed in markets and channels locally to me. Eliminated the shipping hassle
@DreamTrader07 Hoping to sell all of them! Maybe that’s just me being optimistic
As for pricing it kind of depends per product and what quality their in, the goal is to stick between 40-60% MSRP
