@TinyBox11 Yep! This exactly. I’ve seen games where there are systems or mechanics that are “softly” defined by the game that work great, but then the developers will update the game and solidify that system, which typically lessens it (not always!)
@TinyBox11 But a part of this philosophy is knowing when to make a clear distinction and break that rule. Somethings will be more complex/convoluted and that's just the way it is.
Neither of these things are masterclass worthy anecdotes, but here yah go lol
@TinyBox11 It's a bit like Occam's Razor. Letting certain things be as they are and not constantly worrying about it might actually reveal something greater. Now I'm not as experienced or versed as you are, but that's apart of my philosophy.
