@GoatCoachGruden@masonisonx@atrupar Simple solution that would benefit all Cubans, but the communist government is too stubborn to do the right thing. A simple change in government would lead to a mass infusion of investments and a surge in tourist dollars.
@GoatCoachGruden@masonisonx@atrupar Two different things. Commissaries serve a captive audience with limited options. The grocery stores will compete with existing stores, which already operate on thin margins. Government is not known for efficient management.
@GoatCoachGruden@masonisonx@atrupar Cuba has not been prosperous since Castro took over. As for the US prohibitions on Cuba, should not matter if communism is so great. 100% literacy does not matter if you have no food.
@GoatCoachGruden@masonisonx@atrupar Also tell us how the 86% of the Cuban population that lives in poverty feels about their system of government. Yes, know that's communism but the concepts are close enough to draw conclusions.
@masonisonx@atrupar Socialism only leads to a better life for high level government employees. The masses suffer. Sure everyone wants a better life which requires hard work, not handouts.
@FaytuksNetwork Unlikely. Hitting a moving ship with a ballistic missile the is hypersonic is next to impossible. They do not maneuver enough to hit a moving target.

@engineers_feed The Voyager spacecraft have not been "working perfectly" for some time now. However, the fact that they are still able to transmit is a testament to the Cold War engineering and the brilliant NASA and contractor staff that built these spacecraft.
