CTX and PINP (especially if Roche) are rather low for a stage IV CKD. What strikes me is the sharp increase of ALP occurred in only 1 month. No idea of the context, but could bone metastases be envisaged? I still believe in transient ALP. Need fractions

Must be of bone origin (hepatic tests are normal)…or transient (much more frequent in children but I have already seen that in adults). Check in a couple of weeks with an ALP electrophoresis….
