I probably did, but not anymore
High carb low fat is quite nice especially when repairing the gut/liver cause it puts a lot less digestive stress on the system overall, less bile is needed, can oxidize glucose from the carbs more efficiently cause the fat isn't competing for oxidation
Once health is very robust and digestion is fixed then prob fine to balance out the macros a bit more
Yea niacinimide separate from b complex
Zero fat until evening
Example day:
Upon waking: Maybe some fruit, then some bloomed gelatin in milk with espresso and quite a bit of sugar
around 4 hrs later for lunch: mashed pumpkin, some protein beef/white fish/shrimp/scallop, carrots, zero fat
In the evening I might have some fruit or some coke just to anchor blood sugar
For dinner is same as lunch except I add raw egg yolks to the meal, maybe some hard cheese, a bit of olive oil
@alfondotnet@Chud4Oil@BigolWave That plus some androgenic tone with Androsterone or DHT has my cortisol on the floor
I feel like I'm walking around in a dream state or something
@Chud4Oil@BigolWave Upper GI like SIBO?
Idealabs CamphoSal is worth a try, also cascara + ginger tea to sweep out bacteria in between meals, also nettle tea is great
It did not happen overnight, it was months of various compounds and diet changes
Back then I was a bit fat, I figured out that my liver was extremely burdened, couldn't sleep properly at all, always loose stools, hypertensive, low T, poor recovery, hypothyroid etc
First thing I did was try to address deficiencies, B vitamins were a culprit, more liver consumption helped, b complex
Niacinimide was a huge lever, saw results with continues use, it is basically liver fuel
Ensure adequate choline status, egg yolks, CDP choline, huperzine A, etc
Liver health sits at the heart of your overall nervous system tone because it governs hormones
Enterohepatic re-circulation is a real phenomenon, when the liver is over burdened then excess estrogen doesn't properly get cleared and it re circulates, causing inflammation, increasing stress hormones, etc
Increased carb consumption and decreased fat, only eating carbs and protein for first 3/4 of the day then a small amount of fat with dinner, randle cycle respecting
Aspirin is a miracle compound for this as well. T3 helped, TTFD, bromantane and also bromocriptine really helped with blunting my overall stress response
Bromocriptine is unreal, systematically anti obesity and anti cortisol, anti TLR4 so it opposes the negative consequence of bacterial endotoxin/LPS
Cascara tea to sweep out endotoxin and improve motility
Cyproheptadine as a tool to sleep properly, also anti TLR4
Tons more but this is a snapshot of my experience
