@Alan_Couzens Thank you Alan, very insightful as always. I suspect the pushback is due to the end goal of a specific session. 30 min warm up for a Z4 session @ 150 bpm makes sense, but for a 60 min Z1 session, suppose bottom of Z1 is at 120 bpm, should one do a 30 min ramp up to 120 bpm?

@DesjardinsDavid j'admet que j'avais abandonné le projet parceque je ne voulais pas devoir démonter mon vélo, le scicon aerocomfort a fait renaitre le projet, soft shell donc il y a des risques mais les commentaires sont très positifs (meme chez les pro), a suivre

@hjluks Interesting. How do you detect that you shouldn't ramp load? ('feeling' like fatigue/heavy legs or data driven?). Also if no ramping up what is your stable regime target (still per your suggestion of 5-6 hours of Z2 / week)?
