Trabalho com programação e já desenvolvi sistemas complexos. O sistema de apuração e totalização dos votos parece realizar ajustes ao longo da apuração que fazem com que a diferença entre os candidatos diminua progressivamente, até que o resultado seja sempre definido por uma margem relativamente pequena.

Bolsonaro só conseguiu vencer em 2018 porque iniciou, naquela apuração, com uma diferença muito grande - superior a 70% -, não havendo tempo suficiente para que o sistema de apuração efetuasse o ajuste até o encerramento da totalização.

Observando o gráfico de 2018, se a apuração tivesse se prolongado por mais alguns minutos, Bolsonaro teria sido ultrapassado.

Seguramente Flávio só terá chance de vitória se, no início da apuração, contar com mais de 70% dos votos. Se iniciar com percentual menor o sistema terá tempo suficiente para os ajustes, o gráfico seguirá o padrão já conhecido e o resultado no final será 51 ou 52% para Lula.

O que chama a atenção é o padrão sempre apresentado pelos gráficos de apuração: um candidato passa a cair de forma constante enquanto o outro (do PT) sobe de maneira igualmente constante, sem que haja inversões nessa tendência.

No caso das eleições brasileiras, independentemente da região que esteja sendo apurada, há sempre um comportamento recorrente em que o candidato do PT avança de forma contínua enquanto o adversário recua na mesma proporção, sem nenhuma inversão desse padrão ao longo da apuração.

Esse padrão e manipulação ocorre somente na apuração e totalização de votos para presidente. Devido ao grande número de candidatos para os demais cargos seria inviável, e quase impossível, haver manipulação tão abrangente via programação. O código de programação ficaria gigantesco e a enorme possibilidade de erro de fechamento na totalização inviabiliza o processo.

Esse comportamento precisa ser tecnicamente explicado pelo TSE pois claramente existe sim a MANIPULAÇÃO via programação na apuração e totalização de votos.
