Protais Zigiranyirazo is taken as the genocide mastermind, but the genocide started by his own family. He was married to three Tutsi women and one Hutu woman. As the genocide started, 18 Tutsi from his wife, Domitille Mukajyoni, were killed, survivors fled to his home village in Gasiza.

Zigiranyirazo helped them to flee to Gasiza and to cross to DRC, then Zaire, for safety.

His other wife, Emma Marie Kayitesi, lost 10 people in Remera. Immediately after Habyarimana's plane was shot down, the genocide started in Remera by Kagame's RPF who were stationaned at CND, Rwanda's parliament, waiting for intergrating them in the army, but chose to shed blood instead. On April 7, 1994, they had already captured that city in Kigali.

Among Zigiranyirazo’s wives were Daphose, who was Hutu, and Venantia, his fourth wife, who was Tutsi. He had children with all the four women.

So, how was Zigiranyirazo the masterming if he couldn't even save people of his own? Who did killers commit genocide against? Zigiranyirazo or Paul Kagame who family was in Uganda? In fact families of leaders and army officers were highly targeted by killers of Kagame, to frustrate the army and the government.

This is why they had to spread lies that during the genocide Hutu women were killing Tutsi wives, but they can't tell you a single minister, mayor, governor, doctor, lawyer, professor, top businessman, engineer... who did that, yet such people were tried on such basis, hence those who were accused had intermarried.

Zigiranyirazo defended himself by denying the charges against him. In particular, he stated that he was not at Kesho Hill or the Kiyovu roadblock at the times when the prosecution alleged he had been present. He presented an alibi, that he was in Rubaya and the surrounding areas during those days, when accused of killings.

Zigiranyirazo was Habyarimana's brother in law, and before the genocide, newspapers, sometimes potrayed Habyarimana's wife and the brother as Tutsi, and even recently Rwanda's leading newspaper potrayed his father's backgound as Tutsi.

Then when you look at Kabuga Felicien, demonized as the genocide financier, his wife Josephine Mukazitoni is a Tutsi and was potrayed like that by Le Monde Newspaper, that once the genocide started, they fled to the French Embassy.

Then, given these circumstances, these men were demonized as Hutu extremists, who prepared the genocide against the Tutsi, because they hated the Tutsi so much. Does it make sense? That's why after the genocide plenty of books, starting from "Leave None to Tell the Story: Genocide in Rwanda, written primarily by Alison Des Forges and published by Human Rights Watch in 1999, emphasing how Hutu men were killing Tutsi women, to try to explain how the Hutu carried out a genocide against the Tutsi while on the ground it was something IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE.

A GENOCIDE IN RWANDA WAS IMPOSSIBLE. IT CAME OUTSIDE NOT INTERIOR.

They prepared between 20,000 and 30,000 commandos from Uganda, who infritrated the country, and then started the war, assassinated several leaders, and the army and national police were caught up at the battlefield, overwhelmed, and the in the interior of the country armed groups took over. All leaders became helpless. The UNAMIR were reduced from 2500 troops to 270 troops. They wanted killings to blame the army and to sanctione them. On May 17, 1994, an arm embargo was pressed against the Rwandan Armed Forces, FAR. They couldn't order weapons. Then, they lost the war, that's how killers, thugs, rapists took over power. From that day, the whole region descended in tears. Loot at DRC, you will understand who carried out out the 1994 genocide.

Then after this plan from exterior, they blamed journalists, hate speech, local leaders, radio like RTLM, they blamed the existence of militias like interahamwe, political parties and other things, but in reality, killers were sent inside Rwanda to carry the task, and use the political situation that was in Rwanda based on ethinicity to blame it on all political leaders, as a way to jail them, hunt them down on a global stage, to establish a ruthless dictatoship in region in charge of carrrying our genocides as heroes who stopped a genocide and plunder the region's natural resources. IT WAS A GLOBAL PLOT AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF RWANDA.

Let’s be clear:
💢 A regime that cannot guarantee dignity and safety inside its own home has zero legitimacy to govern a nation.

✊ Rwanda is NOT a prison for women.
✊ Rwanda is NOT a private kingdom.
✊ Rwanda does NOT belong to one man or one family.

When even the First Lady seeks a life far from Kagame’s control 🌍

🛑There was no "liberation struggle" for Rwanda, because even now the country remains shackled. It was simply a struggle to seize power at whatever cost.

First and foremost, you must know history thoroughly before explaining it. When the #RPA Inkotanyi invaded Rwanda in 1990 as Rwandans seeking to return with dignity, the government eventually agreed to the #Arusha Accords .

They agreed to return with honor and join others to lead and build the nation together.
Once everything was settled, due to greed and selfishness of @PaulKagame , he shot down the plane of President #Habyarimana .

This happened without regard for the volatile atmosphere or the fact that our Tutsi parents inside Rwanda, accused of collaborating with the Inkotanyi, would be killed as a result.

As @titorutaremara4 put it "You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs." They sacrificed our families just to monopolize power, leaving them to be exterminated by the #Interahamwe. Never leave this part out pleaseeee.

Furthermore, saying the Inkotanyi didn’t revenge is a lie. It wasn't just revenge ,many innocent Hutus,children, the elderly, and pregnant women,were killed through the #DMI , as former RPA soldiers testify today.

They were even pursued into #DRCongo . The fact that these witnesses are silenced doesn't mean it didn't happen.

We also cannot forget our Tutsi Uncles who went to help the Inkotanyi only to be killed after accused by being spies of Habyarimana , or the #RPA soldiers killed for trying to rescue Tutsis from the Interahamwe.

The mission wasn't to save people Tutsi it was to seize power.
