i wanted to brush up my french last year, but never really felt any progress and got bored, so i stopped. haven’t used it once this year. yesterday my (french) colleague came to our office (he‘s based somewhere else) and we had lovely chat. we somehow got to langage de fleur -
musicwise: man, we played SO many shows! juggling life, music, my job and uni is hard for my still, but i‘m grateful for every growing opportunity. what i really struggle with is my concentration, i don’t think i‘ve ever played a song without a mistake in my life. i need help
2024 update: i just started learning japanese (for the 3rd time now) a month i‘m already seeing some progress. I just go through the chapters in 90日にほご, practice new words in anki and skim through the grammar. so far so good.
is this girlie really considering traveling to vegas alone to attend when we were young 24‘ even though she might have to sell an organ or two in order to afford all of that? yes. yes, she is.
also you know being a student, that works 30h/week and having side projects it’s hard for me to keep up with the #langtwt .. i‘m still learning korean and if you’re still interested in updates - i’m happy to connect 🤍 peace & love
update: i did not get hit in the face! but i didn't manage to finish the book before arriving in congo. i forgot it even 😭 there might some ebook version of that book, sucks to purchase it twice but i have a lot of time here
yo i bought the short stories in french for beginners book because i'll visit my family in congo in july. i've read two stories so far and i already feel the need to talk to someone in french. man i just hope i hope i make it until july
also very excited for the end of the semester because i'll be on very much needed vacation AND no pressure, sunami and pain of truth are coming to vienna the day before i'll leave the country. i just hope i dont get hit in the face 🌞🌞🌞
