Licca-chan to Yamaneko Hoshi no Tabi is a criminally underrated movie. Very imaginative and colorful, well directed and with really fluid animation it's a real treat! Directed by Tsutomu Shibayama, with Tatsuo Satou as Chief AD and Shichiro Kobayashi as Art Director.
