@Juicy1s @askryanair Crazy I was told 14 working days on the 3rd of January they then said they put it into my bank account on the 3rd I sent them bank statements proving the didn’t . Now saying 4 to 6 weeks. If I don’t get it I’ll take to small claims court .

@findlayson_ali @askryanair I have sent Ryan air a message through my Ryan air account stating that if it’s not resolved by next week I will be taking it to the small claims court . I was just reading up on it there . It costs 25 euro and deals with cases valued at less than 2000 mine is 1200 so defo for me
